Roy responds to criticism concerning him pulling for Kansas   My post on the "sticker incident" has garnered more comments than any other post I've written in 4 years. Fans are decidedly mixed on their opinions. Now Roy responds to what he calls "the most unsettling thing to have happened to him in the 5 years" since he's been back at UNC... I think Roy summed it up well and I agree with him 100%. Roy is *our* coach and he's definitely a Tarheel. He's a great sportsman with unshakable integrity and we should be proud to call him our coach. You are deluding yourself if you really believe he's a closeted Kansas defector. Just because you get a new job (that's better) doesn't mean that you alienate everyone at your old job. # posted by  Anonymous : 11:36 AM   Roy is so desparate to be liked and be seen as a good guy that he will do and say whatever he thinks achieves that goal.He awshucks act is just that,an act.He should have gone home when he lost. He got outcoached(again) and he should have been gone home. He's also wrong about the vocal minority. MOst of my TarHeel friends are not too happy with Roy right now.
