Welcome Justin Watts   Watts signs LOI to play at Carolina Coach Williams moves fast! Alex decided to transfer last week and this week Justin Watts from Jordan High School in Durham signs with the Heels. Justin is a 6-3/6-4 guard that averaged almost 25 a game last year. He looks like a good solid player.
